Muffler Cover - 1939 B

I am seeking ideas for a muffler cover for my 1939 "B" to be used when transporting the tractor on a trailer. There are many options when the tractor is stationary and parked outside, but I need something to cover the muffler when transporting tractor.

Why, a BUG or 2 won't hurt, and you don't have to worry about the TURBO spinning , has none. LOL PS: Use a NYLON.

Bugs are not the concern. Rain is the issue.

You might consider using an old work sock like the one below on "Uncle Earl" our 39B.

Also have them on all the other Bs and As.

Get a roll of shrink wrap. Just use a new wrap everytime. This will seal it up and prevent any damage to the finish too.

a section of PVC pipe (about a foot long) and a fitting work for us

you can haul them with the pipes still on

Cut the cap end out of the right sized plastic bottle and secure w/hose clamp.

Try sharps antique tractor www.jd4u.com [I think thats the website} They have nice one that fit snug over the pipe! Here is a pic of MY D with them on it! Good Luck Chris
