Multitrac fluid safe for 165 with multi power

I am putting a loader on my 165 this weekend. I know I will need to top the fuild off. The local parts supply have Multitrac fluid by costal. Would this be the same as the Perma-tran fluid?

You would have to look on the label and see if it meets MF specs or not. I've heard many poeple say that most oils, even if they meet MF specs, can make the Multi-power system give problems or just act "not quite right". After changing back to genuine MF Perma-Tran Fluid (used to be Perma-tran III, now it's called something different, but still Perma-Tran)

That is my concern. I called the Massey dealer and they told me they had both it should be safe to use the other. I would rather use the Massey fluid but the closest dealer to me is not almost 100 miles away. I had one 4 miles away and they stopped selling Massey.

Here are the specs on the costal I cant find the specs on the permatran

Well, according to that it meets the MF specs for Perma-tran III fluid, so I'd guess it should be OK.
