While getting parts at a local store, I overheard someone say Tri-County Tractor had bought Munn Tractor in Auburn Hills, MI. Apparently this happened over a year ago, but it's been awhile since I'd been to Munn. My closest CNH dealer is now in Sandusky, MI, a one and a half hour drive. (Tri-County is a JD dealer.)
I didn't give Munn tractor a lot of business, but I've been dealing with them since I bought my Ford back in 1994. They were a great business to deal with and always very helpful when I'd come in. I just wish someone other than Tri-County had bought them out and kept the store as a CNH dealership. Tri-County also bought out the Ferris dealership where I bought my mower and closed it down, making it a pain for me to get parts.
