Looks very good to me. Must be an earlier 35 judging by the straight angle brace in the frame. I have an early 35 A Ser 416239 built April 5, 35. I was kind of ashamed to drive it when I was a kid because it was just another old tractor. Now it's a gem I'm proud to show off. Jim
 
Thanks guys for all the replies. Had it out pulling a plow yesterday for a while trying to get it broken in. It pulls really well and runs great! I had it bored out .045 over, and found used but very good condition John Deere oversize pistons for it. Now if I can just get the needle valve to quit leaking - it's kind of hard to start it floods so bad.
