Im a long time lurker, but now hopefully will be able to participate in discussions. Probably I will ask more questions than answer questions. I have a few pieces of Case equipment. A sc, 730ck, a couple of 930ck, grain drill, and a 212 chopper. Working on the 212 now.Trying to get ready for our antique power show.

I am in north central Iowa. And, no , I dont want to sell it. I just recently bought it. It has a single row corn head, a windrow pickup head, and a green chop head. I think it is kind of unique.

I have the Corn Harvestor head on a 212...picks the ear and chops the stalk. Have a half dozen Case single row choppers with heads.

casecollectorsc, I know you have a lot of case equipment. Are manuels still available for a 212? I have some questions about this chopper. I went to a sale in Kansas that had a combo picker/chopper on it. Sold for I think 2200 dollars. A little out of my budget.

Thats a nice piece. I never thought silage was much good without the grain corn in it, but that is a very nice piece of equipment from a time when people just wanted forage to fill the stomachs.
