I just won this D at a local equipment auction. A buddy was there looking for equipment for for his boss and noticed it on the lot on Tuesday. He called me up and told me he'd bid on it for me if I wanted, otherwise he bid on it for himself just to ensure it wasn't going to be sold to a scrapper.

I ended up winning it for a steal, my buddy says the rear tires are so new they still have the nubs on them. Since the D is much easier to transport and store I'm going to sell my 1955 410, and hopefully come out ahead in the whole deal.

Based on the pics, can anyone tell me what year this D is? Tractor Data was n/a on the serial numbers.

You will regret you sold the "410",hang on to it,and sell something else.as casecollector said.Very nice "D" I havent got one yet,but know where one is and will be going after it sometime.
Thanks for posting, glad you saved her too, great find!

In a perfect world I would, but I don't have my own space to store the tractors and the money for the D came out of the budget of some other projects I've got on the go and it would be nice to top that back up.

I took the D for a spin around my buddy's yard last night and I love it. It's a sweet little tractor!

I spent all day Monday driving my 1950 D.O. - I love that tractor and you'll love yours too - very nice D by the way. And I have to agree, hang on to that 410, you can never have too many Case tractors - just ask Casenutty.
