I've had the same problem, I register my user name, along with pass word when Kim was first trying new software couple 3 years ago as you needed to in order to use it. And now to use this new forum I had to re-register as it would not except either name or pass word hhhhmmmm. I send Kim and company email and Have yet to get a response!!! And they wonder why some of us resist change...:>(
