My two Fergusons

Heres a couple of photos of my two to30s, the on that is complete is the most solid tractor Ive ever owned. The front end is super tight, the rear hubs are as well. Ive went through the engine and it was all very very clean. The other is my project, its getting rewired and possibly painted. The front axle spindles are wore as is the front center pin. The steering gear box has been rebuilt I got this tractor in a bunch of boxes and a rolling chassisNothing I cant handle.. haha.. anyhow, enjoy..

It almost becomes an addiction. I started with a TO30 that we towed home from about 1-1/2 miles away. Had her running in two days then a
week later bought a brush mower and put her to work. Since then have bought, rebuilt sold and still have some. Easy to work on, good
parts are available and eBay will become a friend

Curious as to how wide is your shop? looks to be 60' deep.
I like it.
No fat Girls.
I have a sign on my open end garage, No Pets
Shows the dog with a line through it also.
So far the dogs have not learned to read.

Yes sir, eBay is already a good freind! The only thing Im having an issue coming up with is the choke rod. I know I can simply make it, but Id rather buy one. Any how, its a fun hobby and I For sure work my tractors!

My shop is only 34 deep x 42 wide. The pictures make it like a lot bigger than it really is. My brother in law works for the county garage and I was able to purchase the road signs from there, the other signs Ive purchased other places, i have more I need to hang up!

Lucky for you, this is an addiction support group.

There is just something about them. I'm embarrassed to say how many I have bought, traded for, and carted off in the past few months.

I hate seeing one in the junk pile. They need rescuing!

Looks like good things going on in your shop.

I agree, I dont like parting them out, seeing them rust behind a barn or in a junk pile.. Im actually going to look at another one this week sometime.

It's hard to see them neglected.

With the rising prices of new tractors, lack of availability for anything needing 'chips'/etc, parts shortages, there is renewed interest in old tractors. Ferguson 35s around me are generally 50%-100% more expensive than last year. I watch for AC WDs too and they have mostly vanished from the local listings and the ones that do show up are significantly more expensive.

There's an 8N not too far from me that I saw sitting for at least two years, about a month back I drove by there on an errand and saw the rear tires are missing and it's on jacks. Poor thing just started its descent.
