My wifes 960

My wife mows with this tractor and 90" cut finish mower. Just painted with TSC resteration series paint & hardner. Used a torqe generator to help with the steering.

My wife wishes my 960 had a step like that on it. She loves drive'n it in the tobacco patch and she is great at pulling wagons up with it, she just has a hard time get'n her foot all the way up to climb on.

I would keep both if I were you, tractor and wife.

What color and/or paint did you paint rear rims?
I think originally they say it was an anodized finish and most people just paint them grey if they are choring with them instead of showing. Yours looks good. Hpoe my 801 looks that good when I'm done.

With that straight pipe, I can only imagine what that sounds like with a 3x14 mold board plow behind it, sunk in about 7" deep!

Thinking of putting on on my "64 4000, no sense of me re-inventing the wheel if I can copy what someone else has done.....I"m not proud in that regard.

I have yesterday's Tractors for my home page for a couple of years.I look at the ford forum about every day. Soundguy you have some nice looking tractors. First time I ever posted anything. I may as well get my feet wet.

Looks great. Wish my 950 looked as good. Maybe someday. I Like that Ladies boost or as I like to call in the old man step. The way my knees are I may be needing one real soon. If you can please post a close up picture of that one. It will give me a good idea to fabricate one.
