HELP...... i just started using my newly aquired nh 848, and made up 1 bale and my twine wont drop. the control box is getting elec. because the arms retract and extend, no blown fuse. all the plug connections seem tite, just lost with the electronics. is there a way to bypass and use the twine release manually. what is the proper use of the control box and arms?????
