NAA Small Leak?

CAC

New User
I have an NAA rebuilt the lift (replaced draft pin, gaskets, and o-rings). After I reassembled it and adjusted the linkages, I still get a little bounce at the lower end of the lift. Also the kit did not have the replacement rubber washer for the back pressure valve (the thing the acorn nut attaches to). Does anyone have any ideas where to look for the leak? Is there something a newbie might miss? Thank you

i'd start with ruling out the piston / oring by looking to see if any oil comes out the cyl mouth.

I just replaced that and the leather ring also; no I do not see any oil from it. When I got the rebuild kit, I had a few o-rings I could not find a home for. I replaced the lift cover gasket, the gasket on the small plate front right inside the lift cover and all the o-rings in there. Where would the other o-rings in the kit go? Surely, they would not include more than I need. (I'll stop calling you Shirley.) Thank you for your help.

No they are all round. Could they be for a valve or piston that I missed because I did not take enough pieces apart?

some of them may still be for the plumbing connections and back pressure valve.. etc. unload valve on some have orings..
