I was able to bleed my jubilee vane hydraulic pump by unhooking the high pressure line from the pump and using a harbor freight vacuum hand pump. I hooked the hose up to the exposed hole on the pump. After a minute of sucking air I finally got a lot of fluid coming through and then my pump worked again. I had new o rings to use for the lines, I also put a new shaft seal and bearings. I don't know if an old shaft seal that is hard would like a vaccum applied to it. I found all the seals for the pump from kuhn's equipment repair, the bearings in my pump are one 6201 bearing and one 6204. I bought ones with a C3 clearance rating.
I tried bleeding by pressurizing the reservoir, but it wouldn't hold pressure because my lifting arm bushings are too worn and they let all the air out. I hope this information helps somebody.
