narrow front conversion

I want to convert my wide front Super C to a narrow front. I have zero spare parts to the tractor and want to know if it is possible to convert it back to narrow without additional parts and how I would go about doing this.

You'll need the front pedestal for dual narrow front or yoke for
single front wheel. You should be able to use your hubs, rims and
tires. Those components are cheap and easy to come by here in
Houston. I have 2 extra sets now.

The wide front, if in decent shape, should bring more than enough
money to buy the parts you want.

It's as simple as unbolting the wide front end and bolting up the narrow. Narrow front ends are very simple, and just bolt to the plate where your pitman arm is bolted to now.

C's and Super C's both use the same front end. The tractors are very common, and people generally want to convert to wide front, so there should be plenty of narrow front ends available.

You can poke around online, but I suggest hunting down a local tractor salvage yard within 1-2 hours drive. It's likely you'll need parts again at some point, and having a good semi-local source in your pocket only makes sense.

I've done it and it is indeed no more complicated that mkirsch describes.

If it helps with your parts search, the narrow front is the same, right down to the part number, for the B and BN as is is for the C and SuperC, so be sure to look for either.
