Need help identifying this bracket

Had my 1951 8N all torn down, and almost all back together now. I can't figure out yet where this bracket is used though. There is a possibility it is for a different vehicle. Thanks for any help.

I've never seen that part on a Ford N Tractor. It does resemble the 2nd bracket that was used on the 9N and 2N generator tensioning adjuster. but it isn't. The 2nd part bolts to the head and accepts the spring loaded tensioning bolt to hold the generator in place for fan belt tension. just my 2 ? opinion...toss it in your Coffee Can marked MISC for future reference...

Does not look like any N part I have seen.

Thanks all for your input. Going into my "misc brackets" box. Guess it somehow got dropped in my 8N parts box. Ready to put the wheels on and everything appears to be working just fine. I was thinking it might be a "guide" for a choke or throttle rod, but that did not really line up anywhere.
