Hi all,
Anyone happen to know anything about this? Make? Model? Year? Any idea on parts?
No tags that I could find. Any help would be appreciated.

Could be. I should have said the "blades?" are supposed to be flat. They are bent over, but can be rotated (good on the other side). Thinking more like an aerator.
