Need help to determine what label says

This label is on the right fender of my Yanmar YM3000 and it describes operation of a two position lever that is located on the right side and rear of the seat. I have read comments from others who are trying to find what this lever controls on this model of Yanmar, but so far, there does not seem to be an answer. Others call it a mystery lever. Can anyone read Japanese or have a friend who does so we can all solve this mystery??? Help....

This is the #25 lever in pic below in case there are people reading this that are not familiar with the 'mystery lever' thread started earlier

Translation:

|> When changing rotary pin, put lift lock lever on lock point (pictured as the 12 o'clock position).

|> Before changing position of lever (to either position), engine must be revved to 1500 rpm or more and oil pressure lift should be set to maximum.

|> When operating tractor, lock lever should be in Free position (10 o'clock).

No idea.

It seems the mystery lever points either up or to a second position 30 degrees off. Aaron's diagram and the fender illustration indicate the second position is two o'clock but the text specifies ten o'clock. I would guess that the "oil pressure lift" reference just means rev up in order to maximize the oil pressure.

I don't understand #2 either. It appears to be just a mechanical friction lock for the upper arms, (locked when the cutout is down, unlocked with cutout up.)

I'm thinking that #2 is just saying to be sure the 3pt lift is up and supporting the load. The engine is revved up so that you can be sure the three point has full pressure and is lifting the load before unlatching the lever? Very interesting and very good to finally know what that does!
