Need tedder part

I have a tonutti tedder thatI need a part for. The nut and bolt that hold the tine on the end of the arm worked loose. I found the tine, but i can't find the small hold down. It goes on top of the tine and as bolt goes thru it, and thru the arm to hold the tine on. Part # may be 50606100. Does anyonre know of a source, or a part from another brand tedder that will work?
