Need to ID fill plugs...

First post! I recently bought a Ford 2000 4 cylinder four-speed gas burner. I'm trying to go through and change all my fluids before turning the beast loose. I've gotten my oil changed and I'm ready to work on the transmission and hydraulic systems now. I'm told with this age unit, either 63 or 64, the leathers separating the transmission and the hydraulic system have generally failed and using a combination hydraulic / transmission fluid works fine. In the pic I have attached I've noted three fill caps which I assume from left to right are transmission fill next to the gear shift lever, hydraulic fill under the seat, and differential fill next to the spring at the rear. I'm assuming there's no problem using the fluid I have in all three systems. I know where the overflow plug is to check fill level in the transmission but I'm not sure how to check for correct level in the hydraulics and differential. am I on the right track?

The one to the left is the transmission fill plug. The one in the center is the hyds fill and the one on the right is the rear end

The round plate below the hydraulic fill plug has a dipstick in it for the hydraulic fluid level. I'm not sure where the level check is for the rear axle, but I believe that it is just a level check hole. Look for a square headed pipe plug. Remove the plug and fill it through the fill hole until the fluid just starts to drip from the level check hole.
