Anyone have info on the New Berlin, IL Pull Aug 13th?
IPA has their schedule of classes on their website for that day but are there other classes earlier in the day? If so, what ones and rules? or a contact person?

Yes at 10am that morning there will be antique classes of 4500,5500,6500.

what are the rules on the antique classes, tire size. speed, etc.

Well it is standard antique rules. Also is there a specific rule you are wondering about.
Hitch 20 inch
Tires 18.4 X 38
Stock RPM
Also you can use the ITPA rules.
