You may want to give these guys a try, I've never dealt with them but they do list a sherman cable and a bunch of other neat stuff for N's www.redrockmfg.com

I just had them make one and it works well. He'll work with you until it is just right. Now that he's done a few, I think they've got it down. It was around $65.
