I bought a 803 c that supposedly ran and drove before they parked it. Now I cant get it to move in either direction. I cant seem to get any pressure built up in the system. I have checked the charge pump and it is good. The filter are clean. Just wondering if there is a by pass valve the someone could have opened up to move it. Any help would be good thank you.

Are the variable speed pulleys just stuck out? I was at an auction and there was a 701. The buyer couldn't get that to move and the owners son opened it up and kicked the pulley. It was a miracle that didn't end tragically. There was a bang and it slammed together. Scared the heck out of me. He could have gotten wrapped up in a heartbeat.
