I picked up this project last Friday. Previous owner bought it for the rear tires and put these old foam filled ones on it. He said it needs a clutch. Couldn't get it to start because the solenoid is out and the battery cables were shot. Ordered new solenoid so hopefully will have it running on Saturday.
