New steering cylinders

Just put new steering cylinders on my 72' 4110. They don't have grease zerks on the ball joint that connects to the radius rod (joint closest to the operators stand)
Should i use a needle and grease these? Or are the built to be greaseless?
Or do i go all out and drill and tap for a zerk on the cap of the joint?
Thanks for your thoughts.

I just bought a '80-90s era CIH 895with sealed tips and they are still sealed and smooth operating. Also have an '89ish Ford 3600 and the same applies. If you need grease they either have slack then you rotate the steering of the cylinder, or you feel a grinding, rough rotation. I have installed zerks in a few sealed tips and it's not that big of a problem....finding the right place to tap in is the main problem.
