new to me H

Went to a farm sale yesterday, older couple retiring from a mostly livestock farm, been toying with doing some tractor rides and maybe a couple local plow days. I have a WD45 but it has combine tires and they aren't the most comforable riding. Anyway had an figure in mind and lo and behold got it for less than anticipated it is a 51 model ,well worn, but runs good and was overhauled about 5 yrs ago. none of the tires match but all are in decent shape. tinwork is good just needs paint and decals. Might just leave her rough looking though.
The gentleman having the sale had 5 running tractors and a case tracked loader before they sold, he showed the receipts for oil and filters for each one ,bet that don't happen often. As honest as he was when asked about them I doubt he was trying to hide anything.

Congrats on a great parade tractor. Start by removing rear wheels, rims and tires, Demount those mismatch rears and sell them Order new rears. Sandblast the rear rims and wheels, prime , fill pits and paint. Reassemble with new Firestones. The look of those new tire and wheels will spur you on to do a restoration. Now cheap, but what else do you have to spend money on?
