looks like a row unit off a IH 56/456. Could be that all the plates are for corn... you use different plates for rounds or flats, and different sizes. I may even have a few of them still floating around in the garage...
 
Its a row unit off a 186 wish I could find a nother one . I would like to have a two row planter may have to offset this one on a tool bar and make two passes.
