New tractor

I have a ford 8n and ford 1200 and have asked questions about the 8n and have come to a conclusion i need a bigger tractor. I need one that can pull a bat wing mower and haul hay. I need a medium size tractor what size can do that in john deere new and old

If you want a Deer just get a 3020 or a 4020 both good tractors. I would probably get in the 06, 56, 66, series IH though.

i'd second the 4020, diesel, syncro range trans, not the powershift. jd mechanic buddy of mine said powershift parts are getting scarce and spendy to rebuild.

At 14, concentrate on a good education and worry about a bigger tractor later.

You will spend less money on a good 706 than a
Deere. A 756 would be better with the shifters,
although I never had trouble with the 06 shifters.
You will pay just shy of double for a comparable
Deere around here.

I have had several John Deere's with powershift transmissions and have never had any trans problems, I have 2 now. I can't say the same for synchro's. I have had more trouble with them. I have also had and still have IH's. I had a 706 and now have a 766 and there is nothing wrong with them either. I have 2 4020's and the 766 and would not like having to part with any of them. I had a 666 diesel that I wish I had kept.

You must but the color you want as some like
red,green,Orange ,prairie gold, blue ,you get the idea. I
will say this the cutter and tractor should match so your
tractor can handle your Bush hog , I pull mine with a
farmall 400 and a international 884 and have pulled it
with my 340 farmall so the size or how tall the grass is
and the type will depend on what you need to do the job

Are you talking about a bat wing finish mower like in that
video you posted or a bat wing rotary mower/brush hog?
Big difference in horsepower required.
I think that one was a 15 ft finish mower right?
