Newbie Question on 63 2000 Distributor

New 2000 Owner here. Love this tractor. What is that little outlet under the distributor that had a little hinged cover over a 1/4" or so pipe?

That is an oil cup to lubricate the distributor.
You put a few drops of engine oil in there every 10-100 hours of operation.

The whole manual is available for download on the "other" Tractor web site.
I can't link to it, this site doesn't allow for it.
Just search for "N"
then the word "Tractor"
then the word "Club".
Go to Manuals and scroll down to the tractor section.
I uploaded my manual for all to use.
