Sick of the autolite 437s rusting.

I see NGK 3212/B6L ~ H10

3112/B4L ~ H12

How close are the NGKs in heat ranges?

Are 3212/B6L as cold as H10s?

Researching this , Champion also makes a H-18Y. Found this as a common plug used in I6-cyl AMC motors in the 1960s, which also use H-10

Hotter than a H-12 and projected tip. Sounds like it might be worth a try for old smokers and those that foul up #1 cyl.

My 9N gets a year + on a set of plugs but when they start to foul it's always #1 that starts the show.

Mad Farmer,I've been using NGK 3112/B4Ls for several years now and I am well pleased with them.
No more rust balls hanging of the end of plug wires.

When Auotlite sold their sole to china around 2008/09 and it stared costing me comebacks I went with NGK in my Ford tractors... I have been using NGK 10 years on mine and customers and no issues : )...
