NH 451 456 Sickle Bar Drive Bearings Secret?

How in the universe do you get a grease gun on the lower inside bearing zerks? I got one of them once, but the other one I've never greased and it's really bugging me.

They should have 90 degree fittings pointing out toward the bar

Like said 90 degree and that bearing in the rear bottom of the sickle drive is the most important to grease on the entire mower.
