NH 451 sickle mower crank pin

We have 2 NH 451 sickle mowers we use when bahia grass gets to tough to cut with disc cutters. have problems with the crank pins coming out of flywheel.the pins are just interference fit into a blind hole. I tried looking on parts site to get part #s, but assume those parts not available any longer. Any suggestions on how to keep pins from coming out? Really no way to tack weld.

Pin # 172397 doesn t appear to be available from NH but is available aftermarket

It s been years since I rebuilt the drive section of my 451 but I m pretty sure we froze the pin any probably heated the crank before installing the pin

I ve never messed with that type of grass but my disc mowers will cut about anything but steel
