NH knotter problems solved!

I have a New Holland 315 square baler that has been missing 1 bale out of about 20 for a couple of years now. I have a accumulator which makes it a real pain. Made adjustments per manual several times which has helped but still would miss. Been using Redline twine and noticed some really poor quality rolls. Had one roll that the string would break in the middle of the bale when picked up! Switched to Titan twine, baled 500 bales last week without a missed tie! Sometimes small things that are overlooked can make a huge difference!

I have an older NH baler 282, once in a while it would break the twine on one side in the middle of the bale. I have changed twine guides and smoothed all surfaces twine slides over and that has fixed my problem. If it gets a little nick, it will break when it gets pressure on if from leaving bale chamber.
