can anyone tell me how the twister hooks should be located in relationship to the needle slot. i think the hooks need to be rotated but not sure.
ordered a manual but wont be here for a week
please help

By twister hooks you mean the bill hooks, right? Do a search on Kelly C, he has pics of how to time a 68 baler. I"d look up the link but I"m pressed for time.
