I didn't. I suppose that I should have said that I put the manifolds on the next morning.

I’d put a spoonful of 2 stroke oil in each cylinder. It’s thick enough to hold some compression while the rings warm up enough to seal. Plus it’s designed to burn off in the cylinders and leaves minimal deposits that will just blow out the exhaust. Just my 2 cents, hope you get her fired up.

Since nobody else has mentioned it, I use non-stick cooking oil on my non stuck engines.....then if they go stuck I know it wasn't from me using the wrong lube.

Thin some transmission fluid with some diesel. I would use a funnel and fill each cylinder, let it set over night, roll over, repeat the treatment. Do this outside it makes a mess.
