I normally would never go near one of these, just expecting it to break the first week. Well, several years ago my buddy had a rental house, and the renter couldn't make his payment. So he told my friend to "Just keep the tractor". Now he has sold the rental house and asked me if I'd give him $2000 for it. FEL, Bush Hog, and Grader box, 20HP 3 cylinder diesel, 4X4. It had 248 hours on it when I got it, I've run it up to 275. This little bugger works. I'm more than happy with it. Plus, it will just fit on my dump trailer so I can run it back and forth to my property in WV from MD.
The question. I was checking all of the fluids and grease fittings. The hydro oil was just barely touching the bottom of the dip stick. I put 2 quarts in it and that brought it just up to full. Every thing has been working as it should. With the stay at home order, I've been splitting firewood, and using the tractor a lot. I've got a heavy drip from the weep hole in the bottom of the bell housing. I started thinking about it, when I checked the hydro oil the loader was up and the 3 point was all the way up. So, a lot of fluid would be in those cylinders. Do you think I over filled the hydro reservior causing it to leak?
