O/T Cockshutt 311 Rake Question

Hello all,
I posted this on implement alley but still need the proper tire size for a Cockshutt 311 rake and would like to know what the proper tire size is. I hope someone can help me. Right now it has one 6.50x16 on the chain side and a 225 75R16 on the other. The 6.50x16 does look to be higher. Should they both be 6.50x16 or does this rake require 15" tires? Thanks a bunch in advance.
