What Racket!!! Even with all the musicial instrumental back up, she still HAS NO TALENT PERIOD. 3 rater at best. Try and listen to Diana Krall. Nancy Wilson. Morgana King, Rosemary Clooney,SUSAN BOYLE, Sorry for your lack of appreciation of singers. It"s No wonder the so called music now a days consists of loud drum beats, nothing more. Seems you just bought into the "NEW GENERATION "of sound. Like My dear departed friend said,"IF IT SMELLS,IT SELLS"

Hey, I wasent saying anything bad, I think that is what I heard on the news. It made me think about this post. I dont know maybe I heard wrong, after all being out in the cold (17 degrees) for 2 hours can have a effect on you!

NICK, I Just about said it all. any one can tell I really really really dislike whats put out as music now a days. I have heard better sound comming from a 40 car pile up at the race track. I really enjoyed it more too. I can tell ya that when Rock & roll came in , every Kid wanted a set of drums/guitar/bass.If they learned 3 chords fame & fortune awaited Oh yeAAA!
When My Bass player questioned his teen age son what is the reason he wanted to play. The kid answered him with this. The only reason I'm not famious is because the only thing that seperates them from me, IS THE STAGE LIGHTS. !!ANY One can do this,because you DON"T NEED ANY TALENT!!!!.AT :LEAST THE KID WAS TRUTHFULL.Now it's still that way today, only worse. LOTS OF ROMANCE IN ROCK & ROLL. BABY BABY BABY OH BABY OH BABY. Dont ya just love the lyrics?? OH BABY BABY YEAHH.

Hi Lou, Darlene first recorded that song in 1963 and while I'll admit that Phil Specter is beyond creepy, his ''wall of sound'' so faithfully recreated every year at this time has lots of fans. So now I know just how much you dislike something I enjoy.Good for you.All the best, Nick

Nick ,That WALL OF SOUND You refered to must have been that 40 car pile upI heard. Now you can hum me a few bars of it (wall of sound)and sing me the tune using the BEAUTIFULL LYRICS that accompany it . All that crap could be used by the military to force information from the enemy. After 10 min of that torture, they would give up O SAMas BiN A LOAFIN in a heart beat.
