Odd Style Quick Hitch

I had this old quick hitch laying around and stuck it on my 4430 just to keep the link arms from swinging around and as a place to bungie strap hydraulic lines to. I don't really use the 3 point I just use the tractor for disking and side-dressing. The hitch is odd because it doesn't have a lever or handle to release the latches. It appears to be the same size as the Jeffers brand that is on my 4440 and is a quick hitch in all other respects other than release levers. You could theoretically stick wedges in the spring mechanisms from the back when it was off the ground and you could get the implement off if it was actually used. I don't know the past history on it my Father-in-Law got it for next to nothing at an auction. It says Abbott s3x3 with the number 74095. When he first got it had the remnants of an old dealer sticker on it but I don't know the info and it's fallen off. But it is factory built. Just curious if anyone knows more about it or seen one like it.
