Off topic, atv issues, need help please

Good morning everyone. I recently bought a 2006 KFX 80 Kawasaki wheeler. This is a youth atv that is a rebadged Suzuki LT 80. Anyone have a good salvage yard resource? I am in need of a centrifugal clutch that is pretty much junk. I took the old one off and it must have gotten so hot it melted the aluminum clutch plates inside. I would like to replace the complete clutch. I appreciate any and all help please. Thank you.

You could try this one. He has more stuff around there than you can shake a stick at,but getting him to find it might be the issue. I never tried getting him to send me anything,but my experience,and anybody else who I've talked to who's gone there,he turns you loose in a room where he thinks it is and you spend the day searching for it yourself. You could call and see I guess.

don't know of salvage yards but Rocky Mtn ATV probably could supply new clutch

Kowfarmer, I get most my parts from this site https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/kawasaki/atv/2006/kfx80-ksf80a6f/belt-converter. I can still get a lot of my old Honda 3-wheeler parts, and what is unavailable I use the part number from them on amazon or ebay and can usually find them. Best of Luck. The Bike Bandit website is a great resource. The part I like best is the OEM parts diagram. Kinda like a repair manual with prices. Not the cheapest place around but your getting factory parts that you know fit that year/model/brand.

There is a large yard in Clarissa, MN...can"t remember the name of it...been over 15 years, but been by lately and he"s still there.Maybe call the town mayor, etc to find out....
