Needing some advise, anyone out there work for GrayBar? I am wondering how they are to work for? I have been offered a job but will have to take over a $4.00 an hr cut in pay, but the benefit package they offer blows my job benefits away.

Haven't worked for them but have sold to them. They are the biggest electrical distribution outfit in the US. Benefits ae good because it's employee owned. I know a number of folks that have retired from there at a relatively young age with no worries. If you can take the hit in pay for now it should be worth it in the long run.

I am retired, stayed with a company for benifits. I was just notified that they are going to stop paying my health coverage. If I had it to do over, I would say pay me now and I will buy my own benifits.
