oil filter inlet line

Greetings list: I have a 51 8N. I don't seem to be getting oil flow through the 1/4 inch or so line that goes from the block to the top of the oil filter canister. I know that because I have a piece of clear plastic tubing temporarily installed. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

howing any oil pressure?

40 to 45 lbs at full throttle.

pull the hose off while running, prpare to get sprayed in oil. With that pressure, there should be oil going to filter. if not check the tee fitting for blockage.
