Oil Pickup Brass Fitting

Can anyone tell help me get the size and where to buy a brass fitting? This threaded fitting connects to the oil pickup horizontal tube between the oil pump and the vertical pickup tube. This is the fitting at the vertical tube (not the one at the oil pump). It looks like different sizes on each side. I knew it felt tight going back together, but it was too late - stripped the brass fitting.

Brian I can look in my parts book if I have a book for your model if you will tell me which model you are talking about. Richard

I'm bored. Lets see if I can find it. . .
Let's see. . .Ferguson. That's your first mistake.
TO-20. Oops again. . .
'51? Perhaps older than you are?
5/73 edition of the parts catalog shows me. . .
No naked girls, This is a boring book.
You need a what? Naked girl? Sorry, not in this book.
How about a nice Hawaiian punch?
No?
Are we having fun yet?
I am.
Sorry 'bout your bad luck.
That part comes up as obsolete.
How about a nice John Deere tractor?

Sorry Brian my TO 2O/30/TE/TEA/20 parts book does not give the size for those fittings. I would think a big box store might have them as long as they are brass fittings or a hardware store. Is it possible you had the correct fitting but it got started in crooked? Hopefully someone more familiar with the TO 20 will be along shortly. Richard

Elbow, oil strainer tube.
1 750 147 M1

And the other cheap parts book just ignores it with no number.

Thusly I am unable to locate dimensions for you.
How about a nice John Deere tractor instead?

Too much Run Punch out in OR hun Bruce?

John Deere.... Indeed.

You know we can fix Brian up with what he needs.

Jeff

Thanks for the part number. That should help me track it down. If it helps, my lawn tractor is a Deere. :)

I traded my Deere 160 mower for a 12K Warn winch.
The Only Deere in the yard is being baby sat for a neighbor down the road building his house.
The others are an orange interloper, one Fergy and four Fords.
Yanmar, excuse me, John Deere makes an overpriced, over rated machine.
