Oil pressure gauge

I have a David Brown 990A and would like to use an oil gauge instead of the idiot light. How can I get this done?

Tap into the hole in the engine block near the oil filter. It is probably still 1/8"BSP-28tpi. you might get by running a regular 1/8-27 NTP fitting into it, or can tap it out.
