I just bought a 1969 580 ck, what kind of oil should I use, I'm thinking 30 sae? Dan

are you talking motor oil? is it a dsl 30wt will work, if its a dsl make sure you use a heavy duty dsl oil I like to run 15-40wt Case engine oil in all my motors gas and dsl as far as hyd,trans/coverter and rear end I use Case Hy-Tran oil in all compartments, the air cleaner use what ever oil you are using in the engine cnt tom
