My dad had an old disc that he gave away a few years ago, and I am trying to figure out what brand it was.
It was a six foot wide tandem disc, with 20 11 inch blades, 5 in each gang.
The most unique feature was to adjust the angle it had a hand crank that ran about a foot above the gangs, 2 turns equaled one degree pitch.
It came with a used Allis Chalmer B that he bought in 1960 and the disc looked older than the tractor. The crank came in handy when getting into wetter areas or where the tractor would bog down - just lessen the pitch and you could drive out.
It had no name plate or numbers I ever saw, and have been unable to find it on websites or in books or local used implement yards. If you have seen or heard of anything similar your help would be appreciated.
