Old tire question.

well, unless we hear from OP, we don't know if any interior rim repair is necessary! Could very well just need a good cleaning!
Well, unless the OP decides to break the tire down and look, he won't be able to tell us until it blows through the rim.

If the leak hasn't been going on long, he might luck out and not need repair, just clean and paint. If it keeps leaking the chance of needing actual rim repair goes up.

No kidding!!
You can... drive it flat, or low. You can not drive it. You can add air to in 20 seconds and drive it.. You can take it to the shop and have it repaired after they drain it and then refill it... Or put a new tube in it and water, antifreeze, beet juice, or just air, all very expensive or add a new tire and tube. Or buy a new tractor. Now that we beat that one to death.. but I would just put air in it till I was forced to do otherwise. And yes I have eventually had a rim split after 20 years of leaking...saltwater. and put a new tube and water in it.
