Found this wrench at a yard sale. looks to be homemade.
Anyone have an idea of what it might have been used on.

To me, it looks like it came with something, like a machine, truck or something.
Agreed. With no manufacturer's marking it will be hard to identify exactly what it was for. I have seen such wrenches around barns, shops, equipment, old mills (saw, paper, textile, etc.) and hydro stations. The machine manufacturers often supplied some wrenches for their equipment. Plus, the plant shops made wrenches the mechanics and operators asked for to aid in maintenance and rebuilds. I have heard more than one of the plant maintenance "old timers" around here tell of the mill blacksmith shop making wrenches, punches and chisels for them and often found stashes of such under benches in the hydro stations that have been around 100 plus years.
