Here's the picture of the Tool Post.
The 'T' slot is 1 1/2 inch by 3/8 inch.
Course I wouldn't want a press fit. You know better than me
how much wiggle room it should have. Ones I've seen on
EBay (always the wrong size) were round. Don't guess it
would matter round or square.
Post is 3 1/4" tall 1" round. Just a small Delta lathe.

You are missing three pieces:
  • [*:be48686577]The rocker[*:be48686577]The ring[*:be48686577]The bottom plate that goes in the t-slot[/list:o:be48686577]Your best bet is to simply buy a complete toolpost that fits your lathe - $20 to $40 on eBay. If you have a Delta Rockwell lathe you might want to check the Yahoo Rockwell Lathe Owners site - they can probably provide the parts you need or a complete toolpost at a reasonable price. Post a full picture of the lathe and I may be able to ID it for you.

(quoted from post at 16:28:12 11/25/13) I've got everything else. Just not shown. Hadn't seen that size on
ebay. Could try that other site.
f you have the rocker and the ring then the base for that post is trivial to make. Measure teh angle on the base of the post. You may need nothing more than a drill and countersink......

(quoted from post at 09:22:30 11/26/13) I'd buy one if I can find one. That one is the wrong size.

I can easily make a base plate for you - send it along with the t-slot dimensions. It's a quickie and I'll do it as part of the other job you have been waiting on. I really am curious and would like to see a picture of the lathe.....
