Oliver 1365 - Hydraulics Slow

My Oliver 1365 seems to be lacking good hydraulic pressure. I did find this past year I was low on fluid so I filled the reservoir up, but when I started using hydraulics I had oil flowing out of a small "cap" in front of the seat and to the right. Just wondering if this is a bad pressure relief valve, or if it may be another issue. Thanks for any help!

Mainly I think there is a pressure issue due to the 3 point barely being able to lift anything or even hold it up. I even took a small disk that my Ford 8N lifts no problem, and the Oliver had a hard time lifting it.

Is it worse when the oil is warm or is it weak right from the start?

What reservoir did you fill up? The hydraulic pump gets its oil from the rearend/trans and you check it with the dip stick beside the parking brake.

I filled the reservoir that sits next to your left foot/leg.

Not too great right away, but usable at first. Definitely gets worse as it warms up.

The fill hole is just ahead and to the left of the shift. If it gets worse,could very well be a worn pump. Mine did that this past spring. When I started moving round bales off the field,I could get 15-20 bales before it got so weak it wouldn't even lift the spear anymore.
I got a new pump from Rick Stair at Ricks ag parts dot com. The pump,drive hub,gasket and O-rings with shipping was under $200.

There is also a strainer between the reservoir and the pump. Make sure that screen is clean. Do you have a gauge to check the pressure?
