Oliver 1465

I am going to look at a 1465 to replace a IH 574. What should I look for? Is the live PTO hydraulic like the IH? Should it howl in any gear?

there are people that like the fiat olivers and there are those who hate them. make sure you check the oil and go through a checklist.

try going to external_link and then search oliver. then click on the 1465 and check out all the specs for the tractor.

Thanks, I was interested in knowing if there were any weak spots I should look for? The 1465 is over kill for my uses, however it appears to have everything working. I had a AC 5040 with a Fiat diesel and never had a problem except when I ran it out of fuel.
