Oliver 1550 valves

Im trying to set the valve clearance on a gas 1550. Any help with the correct way to adjust the valves? Also clearances? I heard. 010 and. 016 exaust

Cold,intake 0.009-0.011. Exhaust 0.015-0.017.

Any info on process of actually doing it? Which cylinder top dead center and if you can do more than one? Thanks

I'll let everybody else tell you how they do it,but I just roll them around about a quarter turn beyond where they close.
